Zalando – Be Your Own BOSS

For the BOSS #BeYourOwnBOSS campaign, we developed a visual approach exploring individuality, creative independence and the courage to challenge established conventions while remaining true to one's own identity. At its core, we interpreted being your own boss as following your own inspiration and ambition, embracing both the strengths and imperfections that shape who you are. To translate this idea visually, we developed two complementary narrative layers: intimate interviews exploring the personal journeys, creative minds and motivations of our protagonists, juxtaposed with performances that capture the artists in their element. Together, these perspectives create a portrait of individuality, revealing not only who these artists have become, but also the personal drive and experiences behind their creative identities.
