The visual concept of our short film capturing the live show of renowned artist and musician FABER in Graz is based on the idea of a continuous shot, visualizing seven selected songs of said event. We want to draw in the audience, capturing this live event in a way that emphasizes the feeling of his magnetic shows as if you were part of it.
To highlight the raw feel of his shows in an authentic approach, we'll shoot everything on 16mm film while hiding the cuts in the in-between moments. The visuality and tonality of the film's look is based on the 16mm film's imminent grain, contrasting light and shadow, and warm tungsten colors with cool, blueish notes in the background to generate a visually stunning and interesting look. This extravagant, sleek, vintage, yet modern mood is our foundation and key to all departments.
